Then, I’ll be in touch in 48 hours (probably much less!) to share more information and schedule your consultation call.

Next, we will hop on a short, no-pressure consultation call to dive a little more deeply into what you’re seeking from a branding photo session. We can start brainstorming, customize your collection, and choose the perfect date for your session. Then, if you think we are an ideal match...

It’s time to book your session! I’ll send a contract for your custom collection and 50% retainer invoice your way to reserve your spot. Once I receive both back from you, your date is locked in, and the planning begins. Congratulations! You’ve just booked your branding photographer!

One week after booking, you’ll receive an in-depth questionnaire that will help us plan your session. We will cover everything from the story behind your business to your brand aesthetic and then craft storylines using the information you share to make the session feel effortless and relaxed.

I always encourage clients to ask for what they need. And there are no dumb questions here! Need help finding a stylist or hair and makeup artist? I’ve got you. Struggling to choose outfits? Email me! Feeling pre-session jitters? I have tips to overcome those, too! Get in touch anytime you need to in the lead-up to your session to ensure you feel confident and comfy when the big day arrives.

As session day approaches, I’ll be in touch with some final reminders and bits of information to make sure you’re ready to go! One week before your session, we will plan a pre-session phone call, and the day before, I’ll send you a final reminder email. And if you have any final questions, you’ll have a chance to ask those, too!

When the day of your session arrives, all the preparation we’ve put in will pay off in a massive way. You’ll amaze yourself when you step in front of the camera feeling like a million bucks. And don’t worry about feeling self-conscious or uncertain because I’ll guide you through every step of the way. Just bring a great attitude, and I’ll take care of the rest!
